I SAW JEFF THE KILLER!

THIS IS FOR THE BELIEVERS! July 16, 2013, I was listening to music and sitting on a chair. And I noticed something was looking into my house through our back door window. The window is straight across from me and in the person's back yard me I saw a head. With long black hair and pale skin. And I could faintly see the scars. He was not that far away from me, just a few yards. And I saw it move then I looked away and then looked back about half a minute later and he was gone. Also a few days before that I saw some one in the same back yard with a white hoodie, black pants, and long black hair. I wasn't able to see his face at that time but he had long hair. I was creeped out. AND THIS IS NOT FAKE! I KNOW WHAT I SAW! So then if Jeff is real then Jane must be real too?
